		<description>Thanks, Angie. It was baked in an electric oven. I have baked a lot of bread (but nowhere near as much as I would like to bake) and while I am far from being an authority on the subject, I have found that there are a lot of variables involved and that you just need to experiment with them. And accept the odd dud loaf! Good luck with your baking. :)

Thanks again for your comment - it lead me to your beautiful blog and Etsy shop! And I see we have a few things in common, like our children and Hobart, where I lived for three years while at uni.</description>
