		<description>The book is called &quot; Cakes &amp; Buscuits&quot; - it cost me $1.95 - by Jean Hatfield ((don&#039;t know that I have ever seen anything else of her&#039;s), published by Ure Smith (another forgettable name). 

The book is well-worn by now ( probably more accurate to say that it is falling apart) and also contains a very nice sour cream chicolate cake recipe amongst a few others. 
It was first published in 1978 and on just looking a little further into it - Ure Smith is a division of Paul Hamlyn.</description>
